The IEEE ICTP 2023 will be held in the ECE Building, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) which is located in Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. The ECE building is in West Palashi and well-connected to bus and railway stations. The Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, the International gateway to Bangladesh is about 20 km away from the venue.

Historical place Lalbagh Fort, an incomplete 17th century Mughal fort complex, is located in 2 km to the conference venue. Sonargaon, the capital city of the ancient kingdom ruled by Isa Khan of Bengal is also located within 50 km to the conference venue. Attractive tourist places such as National Museum, the Star Mosque, the Armenian Church, Dhakeshwari National Temple and National Parliament House are located within 2 km of the conference venue. Cox’s Bazar, the longest natural sea beach in the world and Sundarbans mangrove forest, one of the largest forests in the world are located in Bangladesh.
