Geostationary Satellite System Design : Ground to Space

Faisal Mohsin has been working in the communication sector of Bangladesh for more than 11+ years. He played crucial role in several big projects of all the major telecom operators. He worked closely with R&D in the fields of big data analytics, QoS improvement, Radio network planning for optimization of GSM, UMTS and LTE service. During student life, worked in 3 electronics firms, acted as team lead of IFEC 2011 BUET team and was chair of IEEE BUET Student Branch. His research experience revolves around various branches of digital signal processing. Currently he is the team lead of the satellite operations team for Bangabandhu Satellite-1.
The audience will get clear concepts about various types of satellite-based services design. A detailed geostationary satellite architecture and design of a ground station will be discussed, along with some design based quiz.
